Luxfords is a distributor and dealer of marine and industrial products. All product information displayed on the website is provided for general reference purposes and does not constitute an offer to sell.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice and are confirmed only at the time a formal quote is issued or an order is accepted by Luxfords.

While Luxfords makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate, they are provided as a guide only. Minor variations may exist between the information displayed on the website and the actual products supplied. Luxfords recommends contacting the team directly to confirm specific product details prior to purchase.

Orders may be placed by contacting Luxfords via phone, email, or the website enquiry form. Submission of an enquiry or order request does not constitute a binding agreement.

A binding agreement is formed only when Luxfords issues a written order confirmation or tax invoice. Luxfords reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion, including where products are unavailable, pricing errors have occurred, or credit terms have not been met.

Quotes provided by Luxfords are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. Quotes are subject to product availability at the time of order.

Payment terms will be specified on the relevant invoice or order confirmation. For new customers, payment is generally required prior to dispatch unless credit terms have been approved by Luxfords.

Luxfords reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts and to recover any costs associated with the collection of outstanding amounts.

Luxfords supplies products Australia-wide and may also arrange delivery to New Zealand and the Asia–Pacific region. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the order and will be quoted prior to dispatch.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Luxfords is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Customers should inspect goods upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies to Luxfords within 48 hours of delivery.

Products supplied by Luxfords are covered by the manufacturer's warranty applicable to each product. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. Luxfords will assist customers in processing warranty claims with the relevant manufacturer.

Returns of non-defective products may be accepted at the discretion of Luxfords, provided the products are unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. A restocking fee may apply. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Luxfords.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees or other rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxfords excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from:

• Use of, or reliance on, information published on this website
• The supply, delay in supply, or failure to supply products
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity

Where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, the liability of Luxfords is limited, at its option, to the replacement or repair of the products, the supply of equivalent products, or a refund of the purchase price.

All content on the Luxfords website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of Luxfords Marine Industrial Solutions or its respective brand partners and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
